Sales was great....found the exact vehicle i wanted without having to order
one. Was able to negotiate a great price and some have told me that they didn't
make money or even lost money on the deal. Finance department was great as i
have dealt with this specific person when they worked at the local branch. They
worked hard at getting the payments i wanted and walked me through the paperwork
and available extra warranties and other related items and was not pushy in
selling these items. Parts was great to deal with. Knew what you wanted and
made suggestions to an alternate product that would be of better quality and
would give the best price possible when comparison shopping. Service was o.k.
They had one individual who was very dry and not very personable and come across
as if he was just there for a paycheck. The present group is much better and
work towards getting one back on the road quickly. Some situations are beyond
there control...such as parts availability. Overall they provide a warm welcome
environment.

The Finance Staff were very helpful, and courteous. I don't think I would buy
there again though due to the fact that the Sales Staff were not looking to
help a young man with a purchase. I waited on the lot for about thirty min.
before getting aggravated and going inside and talking
directly to the business manager. She was very sincere and wanted my business.
I can not remember her name but I have to commend her, she did a very good job
in getting me into my car. The service and parts departments were ok, they seamed
to talk to me like I was an IDIOT, but the prompt service I got from both departments
really impressed me.
I think the sales Team needs to shape up. Overall I love my car which is a 2004
Dodge SX 2.0. I will never buy another vehicle from there again unless they
get proper training on how to deal with younger customers

I find the service department more into parts changing then trouble shooting.
Also when I had taken my truck in about the injectors they told me they were
ok and that it was running normal. I had it in twice about this and got the
same results both times. Finally 3 months ago I take it in to a independent
shop and had them take a look, it was getting noisier running even rougher.
The mechanic found the injectors were shot....great warrantee is over too. This
cost me $4500 to repair, I never heard my truck so quiet before and had that
much power. So I can say service at Big West suck's. Parts department suck's
also, they try to charge the most they can. I have learned to phone around first
before going to them and every time they have been the highest. So in my opinion
AVOID Big West if you can!!!

The parts and service staff are very helpful and do go out of their way to make
sure that the customer is happy. The sales staff are dedicated to get you the
best deal, plus they have a large selection of accessories to make your truck
look great. Keep up the good work guys......

my neon would not start and it was taken to big west dodge for repair we were
told that the car would be ready by the weekend 4days max we rented a car from
them because we had the extra insurance three weeks later the car is done they
dealership started to demand $3000.00 and the return of the rental. my car sat
in the dealership compound and i was told by the service manager that they worked
about 15 hours on the car avoid this place like eboli this is not someplace
that people should go and expect to be dealt with with any respect or honesty

I do not understand the comments of the person whom had the audacity to slander
the Big West Dodge dealership. I have had nothing but terrific dealings there
with ALL the staff. I was especially treated with fairness and kindness by the
parts and service department whom made me feel very comfortable. The staff was
very efficient, reliable and courteous to me at all times. I have a brother
whom does not live near me, but whom is a professional in the industry, and
he has reassured me that Big West Dodge is not only about "making a buck"
so to speak, but they do genuinely care about helping the customer out to their
full capability. I was even wined and dined by Mr. Green the sales manager of
Big West Dodge after I purchased a 2004 Pacifica earlier this year. I appreciated
all of the lovely flowers from Mr.Green as well, not to mention all of the compliments
on my figure. You guys are all great !!!

The parts and service department goes all out to help get your vehicle going.
They also are very good working on diesel engines.

Service and parts are an absolute nightmare. Sales are quite good and they are
willing to deal. On my 03 they scratched the paint job installing the correct
mudflaps. Running boards aren't aligned properly. fender lips look like swiss
cheese. Oil drain plug was only finger tight after one oil change..These people
think all customers are complete idiots and will not allow a person the tell
them the almighty parts or service guys what might be wrong or which part may
be needed. On a bright note the parts dept has a new gentleman working there
who pays attention and can remember a customer.
