we bought a used grand caravan from chinook chrysler and 6 days later the tranny went on it.the mechanic at stony plain chrysler told me there were tool marks on the tranny bolts which indicated it had been worked on before. which was not disclosed to me when i bought it and was not in the car fax report! first we were told too bad no warranty on used vehicles, then with my threat to let them repossess it, they came back with an offer of $1000 toward the repair. the estimate i got from stony plain chrysler was $1500 so i accepted their offer then the repair bill came in at $2500. i will never buy another dodge fords all the way!! now 3 months after buying the vehicle the fuel pump is gone what next??? what a lemon!
i would recommend anyone purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership take it to your own mechanic and don't rely on their inspection report...which we never did receive even though i was told they would forward it to me! i think its terrible there is no laws to protect consumers regarding buying used vehicles from dealerships. i feel taken advantage of!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
First, I priced other dealers and nobody came close. My sales guy (Jason)is the best. Service has been great my sales person even comes to get my truck when it is down. He is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
