Never had a problem here. This is my third truck (first diesel of the three) Treat them the way you want to be treated. Many times because of my work schedule, a technician has stayed late to get my service done. They have always fit me in during those gotta do it right now jobs. Highly recommend!!

The Dealer was good, the quality is of the truck is a lot to be desired and the Chrysler customer service and warrantee stink!! Poor customer service (compare to Ford Diesel) and warrantee on behalf of Chrysler,1) 5th gear loose nut, 2) poor front end, replace track bar at 70,000k, 3) replace lift pump twice in 100,000k 4) wheels rim out of round from day one, 5) Batteries lasted 3 years and warrantee only for 1 year, 6) poor braking fades easy ON HILLS, 7) could never get cruise control to be totally accurate, I bought it because of the Cummins engine and I'm happy now with the performance of this engine but I had to spend lots of money to make it a decent puller! But I won't buy another Chrysler product again!
