2004 Ram 3500 Diesel 4x4, ?NEW? Checked paperwork before buying truck. Extra $1000 added for no reason. Sales manager caught trying to pad bill. Never did get explanation. He was just caught. Drove truck off dealership and broke down, took back next day. Turbo shredded and metal in engine. Took 2 weeks to fix and they never even changed oil. When I took truck back I asked for a new truck they said ?NO?. Give me my money back ?NO? ok give me a courtesy car / truck and I will talk to Dodge. ?NO? but we will give you a ride home in our courtesy van. What a joke. I owned this new truck for less than 1 day and all I got from dealer and Dodge was no. It took 2 weeks to fix due to shortage of parts. COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE. He dealer could have taken out the goodwill account and made me happy and I might have had service done in the future. Now if I dropped a penny in the urinal I would pick it up. In my opinion is the Dodge Canada and Courtesy Dodge Chrysler are the poorest run companies I have ever seen. No wonder they can't sell these trucks, no business sense or customer appreciation or service. BRUTAL.
The worst truck buying and servicing and customer service EVER. Own a $55000 paper weight for 1 day and it blows up and they take zero responsibility. How is this legal. DODGE IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL IN ALL RESPECTS.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
Bought a used 98 Voyager from them, only complaint was the vehicle did not come with the instruction manual. Salesman promised to order one in and call us when the manual arrived, but never did. Service department is excellent. They are usually able to fix vehicle problems most of the time. The service advisors are friendly and approachable. Courtesy has been my garage of choice since my second Chrysler (an '87 Horizon).
