My experience with Edmonton Cummins was great. I had questions about my truck engine and the service manager answered all of them and more. Very pleasant gentleman to talk to and I would go back to him anytime. The parts department was slow at the start with waiting for a parts man but improved, they also were helpful and patience with my questions.
First, I priced other dealers and nobody came close. My sales guy (Jason)is the best. Service has been great my sales person even comes to get my truck when it is down. He is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Does Cummins count in this dealership survey? In my experience most dealers have very marginal product knowledge about both the 12valve and ETH units. These guys in both Calgary and Edmonton can talk, and are very willing to do so, about cold weather (as in -40F) in winter, extreme oil field use of this equipment, tricks of the trade learned in the field, specs not found in any Chrysler service manuals. Friendly, experienced, willing to give advice. Bit pricey, but at least I don't deal with a rude middle aged fat guy at the parts counter who only ever got as far MacDonald's Burgerflip School. ps. These guys tell some good jokes about Dodge dealerships.........
