I would never ever ever buy from GP Chrysler again! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me!! The salesmen in this dealership are so eager to screw you over. We bought a 04 Dodge 1500 and didn't find out until today that we paid $51,000 for a vehicle worth about $25,000! No where on our paperwork did it say anything about this.. It took another dealership looking up what we had left to pay to find this out! We will definitely be raising some hell about this as we like to have dinner and get kissed before we get.. you know!

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, Parts=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
FIRST...they sell us a truck that is a piece of CRAP!!! There were 3 or 4 things that were slated to be fixed on it and they sold it to us, let us pick it up and take it off the lot, and then that night it DIED!! When we brought it back they were like "Oh the heating vents have to be fixed, the starter, and a few other things....they said it was supposed to have been done...but I guess it never was. My husband uses his truck for work, and so now we sit and wait, and 2 weeks they had his truck. They gave him back his old one so that was good...
Next service incident...My husband was up in Ft Nelson (middle of no where) and again the truck quits, so he gets it into a mechanic in town and he discovers it is the fuel pump..somthing that seems to be a problem for this year of Truck. He explains that it should be covered under warranty and he will get in touch with our dealership and get some forms filled out and parts and what not. Now on one hand I do believe that my husband over reacted, however when someone bold face LIES to you, it is tough to keep your cool!!!
The mechanic was told that the parts would be shipped up on Friday (the monday was a holiday in ALBERTA) Monday came in BC and there were no parts. My husband was stranded, and when he called GP chrysler, the lady said it was the Mechanics fault because he never faxed the papers....They then said that the papers never got to them until SUNDAY 11P... So I called Fort St JOhn, and had a part up to him within 6 HOURS!!!! IT took GP 6 DAYS... The one good thing is they agreed to pay for the part when we brought the receipt in BUT!!!! and here is the kicker...when my husband was in the office he noticed the fax from the mechanic on the ladies desk TIME STAMPED THURSDAY NIGHT!!!!!! BOLD FACE LIE... He used some very choice words, and was asked to take his cheque and leave...which by that time he was absolutely in hysterics..
The thing that gets me the most...Over 6 months later, he has another problem...we bring the vehicle to them, get it all signed in, and they tell us they will call us...2 days that truck sat..no phone call, so the hubby calls to see what is up...the manager says that "we are not going to work on
your truck because of the last time. Unless you can promise us that it won't happen again" Troy looked at him, was very calm, and said "You have had my truck for 2 days, 2 days that I have not been able to work, and I have to call you to find out that you are not going to work on it" The guys says "YES" so speechless he says okay, and hung up...picked up his truck and took it to Norlan..
No fighting because obviously where you scream, yell, or smile and nod, they don't give a sh**!!!
I have a leased Magnum, and if there was anyway that I could get out of it JUST to switch dealerships I would.
I am not the First in GP that has had issues with your Service department, and I am sure it won't be the last..

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, Parts=Poor,
I bought my 4th dodge here as Nor Lan now has little ignorant punks working there. They gave me a good deal on my new truck, but when I went back 2 weeks later, I seen they were selling my trade (02 2500) for 10000 more than they gave me, mabey I did not get such a good deal after all--but hey, I signed right!?! However I went for service, and they made me wait 2 days to even hit the shop, after my "scheduled app" Then they ordered wrong parts, and I had to re-book. Then the one guy said after I complained, "you did not buy here so.." Hello, who does your books??? And, even if I did not, terrible customer service, and this is a 5 star dealer?? Maybe Chrysler should relook at their stats for this, as both these GP dealers say 5 star--I give them 1 star, if they are lucky. I now go to BC and get much better service!!

Phoned them from FSJ they told me they would beat the local dealers cost, but when I got there, they had all kinds of hidden costs, charged me for a warranty transfer, I later found out was free!! Read the find print with these guys!!
