I didn't have a good first experience here the sales rep i got was trying to
force a vehicle that i did not want on me. he didn't know the information that
i wanted he kept on going to the books and at one time he told me just to look
online for the information. But the reason i went back was the manager he treated
me well so i though well lets see what he can do for me. The gave me a wonderful
sales rep he was great he had knowledge about the vehicles and got me in to
one that i love. If i was to buy from dodge again i would go back to spruce
grove but i would only go to the one sales rep he went the extra mile for me.
His name is Geoff and he treated me and my husband like we were the only people
in the place he even stayed after hours for us.

In July I had decided to purchase my first vehicle. Little did I know that Grove
Dodge was going to give me the biggest headache of my life. I have never been
treated so terrible in my entire life. "Customer Service"... well
I'm almost positive that doesn't exist in their vocabulary.
And if what I got was "customer service" then I hope they don?t give
such fantastic "customer service" to everyone that deals there. I
was hung up on, lied too (repeatedly), phone calls and emails never returned.
Seriously for anyone? STAY AWAY! Its been five months since my dealing with
them and
I'm still dealing with it, it is now the end of December and now a law suit
to boot. Would I buy a Dodge/Chrysler product again? Yes, but NEVER from Grove
Dodge!

They are honest with there prices that I received over the telephone, and did
not change it $1 when I came in. I ordered with hesitation. General sales manager
Terry Martens came from Derrick Dodge and is a honerable person.
The third Cummins I have owned and would buy more if I live long enough

bought a 2002 intrepid at grove dodge, made the mistake of buying an $1800 basic
service package good for 100,000k this is one of the biggest rip offs $1800
for 20 oil changes, this is basically all you get, 20 oil changes at a lube
shop will cost you $800, asked for a air filter at 30,000k and they charged
me $35 for it, also watch out for this, Had oil changed there one day and on
the drive home I smell oil burning stop and look and there's oil pissing out
the oil filter had to reach under car with bare hand and try to tighten hot
oil filter that wasn't even hand tight,and then a couple changes later it happens
again! Still have 8 changes to go on my service package and then I'm outa there
I'll go to a lube shop, until then I'll be on the ground in the dirt checking
my oil filter every time I leave Grove Dodge.

I responded to an ad in the local paper, 2004 Dodge van for about $23,000.00,
I called the dealership to get some more information and was told by the salesman
he was not aware of this van or the sale, briefly, he wanted my name and phone
number before responding to any questions, I simply stated I wanted a price
on a specific vehicle to which he would not reply, I stated I would go to a
different dealership to which the reply was "god bye", Grove Dodge
lost a sure sale today as I am purchasing a vehicle today but will not consider
this dealership.

Service department was excellent. Didn't take any extra time than they said
they would. Did the job for the price they quoted and even phoned me a couple
of days later to see if everything was OK and if the service was satisfactory.
A far cry from the service idiots at Stony Plain Chrysler.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I bought a neon there and
had nothing s but problems with it and when I would take it to have it looked
at they would say "I don't know what you are talking about they are supposed
to sound like that or we don't hear anything". I had to eventually take
the vehicle to another dealership to have if fixed after at least 2 attempts
with grove dodge.

I have bought 3 trucks from Rod. The sales have always been great. The finance
officer is not a man of his word and has made many mistakes. Rod made the sale
solid. The serviced department used to stink but since they have hired the new
service person, it has been very good. I hope they keep up the good work.

I purchased my Dakota in December. I am on the road a lot so I needed an oil
change fairly quickly. Passing through town I stopped in unannounced. Service
Manager Kevin was understanding and had me in and out within 20 min. Highest
honors to sales. I shopped 4 different dealerships and felt like I wasn't completely
satisfied until I came to Grove. Robert Shaw in sales and Bill Miller in finance
were exceptional. No pressure - no games, just straight talk. Highly recommend.

I first contacted dealer through email and received immediate response with
a brochure mailed to our home. We then visited the dealer to look at new and
used pickup trucks and Robert(one of the salesmen)was very helpful. We returned
the next day and took a truck for a test drive, it was perfect for our needs
and with Kevin's assistance in financing, we bought a 1998 low mileage truck.
I would recommend this dealership to everyone that appreciates small town, pleasant
and hard working people, something lacking in our society as a whole.

been in to service twice for my vehicle,first time march 2002, service terrible,same
with service manager. Went back Sept.22, met new service manager, what
a difference extremely helpful. I can see they the dealership care about their
service customers with implementation of new service manager. Highly recommend.

Service is terrible. Took a used vehicle in there and after 3 trips in and hundreds
of dollars spent got told vehicle needs a new motor. Service manager basically
called me a liar. They have no idea what the meaning of the term customer service
is. Will never take another vehicle in there and will tell anyone who asks to
stay away unless they want to get absolutely nothing for their money.
