Sales staff were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Purchased the vehicle and brought my wife to see it the next day. Salesman had it freshly washed so she could see it in perfect order. He made sure the tank was filled and called often to confirm final details before pick-up. Stark contrast to the sales team at St. Albert Chrysler! Parts department in Leduc dug very hard to find us a wireless headset then made arrangements for them to be delivered to our home 2 cities away!! Amazing service - Very friendly!

I do not live near this dealership but go out of my way to deal with them rather than the St Albert Dodge offering.
The vehicle buying process was really tedious in general, I knew what I wanted and called/ visited several dealers, they all promised to find the exact match and then discuss price. Only two dealers even found the truck and St Albert dodge agreed a deal in writing and the next day disputed their own written offer. I was really surprised by the attitude of "most" Canadian dealers even their product knowledge was weak. I am very happy with my purchase and its performance.

Excellent service and treated very well. Sales people very knowledgeable and friendly. All questions answered fully, with well researched answers. Quick, reliable service department - no problems getting an appointment, work completed well and ahead of schedule. The opinion of the other owner does not accurately reflect the experiences of myself, my family or several friends, all of whom have dealt with Leduc Chrysler Jeep over the past few years - I recommend that you pay a second visit to the dealership. The previous report is off by a long shot! Leduc Chrysler Jeep sold me a new car at a price that city dealers would not match.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
Went in Looking for a Durango while my 2500 Cummins was in being serviced. Sales goof, didn't know anything about the R/T package for Durango. Almost went as far as to call me a liar. Found another sales geek and he found a Durango R/T for me but wouldn't budge off the Retail price. Not even for a cash deal, which he insomuch stated "That He doubted I had the money to pay cash for it." Paid for the service on my 2500. Went back to Calgary and into Eastside, Bought ANOTHER 2500 SWB and a 2001 Durango R/T. Am going to take my new Durango to Leduc and smile at him as I park in the lot. Honk the horn and leave.
