Sales=Fair, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
Just purchased my first brand new car September 11, 2006. The decision was based upon the advertised price of a new Caliber verses putting money into my 1991 Chev. At the Dealership, we were informed the advertised price was only one car, which they had just sold. If I wanted the same car, it was $2000.00 above the advertised price. We got the car for the advertised price, but this is where the fun begins. The financing end of it took some time, and I had to leave to pick up my child from school. The gentleman informed me everything was a go, and to be back around 5:00 pm to pick up my new car. Great! Get there around 5:30 pm (I live out of town), and the man I was dealing with in finance had gone home. I was told by reception that a lady was taking care of me and she was busy with a client at the moment. No problem, I thought. But when she finally came out to see me, she had no idea of where her co-worker had left off on my file. She returned some time later and asked if I could return around 8:00 pm, as the bank had not responded to them. Now the man I had dealt with earlier had emailed the bank all my info and called my insurance company to send a pink card, as he knew I would be approved. Anyway, this finance lady was informed I lived a half an hour out of town, and I was not prepared to drive back and forth 3 or 4 times in one day. I also had my six year old with me, who was getting harder and harder to entertain. This lady looked like a hooker...fake boobs falling out of a too small tee shirt, stiletto heels 5 inches high, fake nails, probably died blond hair. And she was not to pleased with my refusal to "come back later". I got in to see a second financial lady after not to long...she tried to sell me extended warranty, etc. She was dressed the same way. This really turned me off. I am a forty year old mother, and boobs falling out of tee shirts, and high heels do not make me want to purchase anything. The man I first dealt with was wearing a suit and tie. I think these women should dress more professionally, as many new car buyers are professional women, who want to get treated as such. My new car was washed and full of gas, and a sales man went over the basics of the car with me. There was no maintenance / warranty book with the car. He promised me one would be mailed out within a week. I called mid October and was promised by the receptionist she was putting one in the mail right now. I went to the dealership and asked to see a sales manager and asked him for the book, as I still didn't get one. He went to receptionist, who told him they didn't have any (I could over hear her). She stuck her head in the office where I was sitting, and I told her that I was promised one was in the mail a month ago. She said she remembered me, and was surprised I didn't get it yet. Must have been lost in the mail, she said. I still have no book, and I am due for my first service (I think). What is the big deal getting a book? And why lie? I have experience with dealerships, and Chevy, Oldsmobile, even Harley Davidson send the owners manual and maintenance book with the vehicle. Just please send me my maintenance book so I can take care of this new car, as the factory recommends. I am fearing this somehow may void my warranty. Thank you

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
Last year my wife and I visited this dealership and everything was good no pressure. We were looking at the Jeep Liberty 05 Sport. The sales person came out and greeted us and we stated that we were looking for a six speed with a tow package. We were shown 2 the first had a v4 and I stated that we needed a v6 to tow ATV'S. Of course we needed the tow package which was $1500 extra and all the intercoolers for the transmission and hida hitch. That was fine so we took the first jeep out and it was gutless so we took it back and you guessed it the 4 cylinder was too small.So then we were given what was supposed to be a 6 cylinder so my wife drove this one and I guess it was the one for her. Then we went inside with the salesperson and haggled prices and set up a time for the tow package from another company. We then signed the papers and waited for our bank's check the next day. We had two vehicles now and we lived out of the city so we went home. The next day I was in the passengers side reading the window sticker that was in the glove compartment you guessed it 4 cylinder I lost it. We went back to the dealership and after telling the salesperson you would think it wouldn't be a problem but once again wrong. It was stated as we must of gotten the wrong vehicle and they were sorry but if we wanted the V6 we would pay the difference.$1500 difference and the stated they thought it was a V6 and it wasn't. So as my wife and I were very upset by now the sales person went to the manager across the showroom and very loudly said that they were not making any money on the deal and it was our problem and we would have to come up with the difference. My wife's crying and temper got us to splitting the cost just so we could leave the dealership but when they prep the new V6 they didn't wash the blue of the tires and the inside was still nasty. So I went in to the service dept and got them to remove all of their dealership advertising and never returned.
Avoid this dealership like the plague

I went in to just take a look at a SRT4,the salesman was very open and not pushy at all. He gave me the keys to the vehicle and let me be. Any questions I had were answered. I ended up trading my car in and purchased a SRT4. I have only bought one aftermarket part from the parts dept,which had to be shipped in from Wetaskwin. The part arrived very quickly. My car went in for servicing and I was treated VERY well. I was driven home while my car was being serviced and picked up when it was finished. While I was at home I had a part off of my car that they needed, so they had someone come by and pick it up. When I went in to pick up my car, the service advisor (Dan) was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and how it was resolved. So in conclusion, I am VERY VERY satisfied with this dealership, from Sales,Parts Dept. and the Service. I would and do recommend this dealership to any would be buyers.

I was out of the country when my fiancee went off road with the Dodge Dakota, and the transmission had a problem with it after she got herself out of the ditch. She went to the dealership and they refused to work on the truck because they say it was not meant to drive off road. I came back to Canada and tried to deal with the manager myself and they still refuse to fix the transmission. The service after you buy there is absolutely awful. They don't care about you once you stepped out that lot with your new vehicle.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Went to purchase a new vehicle and trade in an immaculate 1996 Pontiac Bonneville SE with 113,000 km, and the Sales Mgr and Used Car Mgr. took my car for a test drive for approx. 30 minutes and when they returned they had blown my motor (engine rod bearing). They took no responsibility and tried to resolve by taking my car as a trade-in at fire sale price - they have no integrity and I would recommend you stay away.
