I just purchased a new grand cherokee, had it serviced due to the hood lifting while i was driving. took it in to these clowns and told me it was all fixed. i was driving down the highway 2 days later and my hood almost flew right up. i stopped at a chrysler dealership in leduc and the tech looked at it and told me nothing had been done to it . he made a few modifications to the hood bolts and i was on my way. done right this time. i have purchased 3 new vehicles from renfrew and have had excellent sales service , but the service dept are a bunch of idiots..plain and simple...
Do not service your vehicle @ Renfrew Chrysler Calgary!!!!!!!!!!

Parts guys really know their stuff. Easy to deal with and good people as a whole.
Service department well above average in terms of service.
Fleet department good people to deal with if purchasing a car or light truck or Jeep.
Located just west of downtown.

One day my van (Dodge Caravan 99) has broken while i was driving. I always maintain it changing everything following the user manual. So frustrated, I call to Tow and bring it to RENFREW Dealer. They didn't check the car for 2 days and later they charged me $500 for labor then $4000 for a part (the transmission had blown) I understand it comes from the factory and it was not accidentally or crashed or bad maintained. More frustrated then. I decided to never buy anymore a DODGE/CHRYSLER. I am telling a lot people don't buy those brands.
