Just bought a truck from there and they were awesome - so nice to deal with
and we didn't feel any pressure to hurry up and make up our mind right away.
Had my other car serviced there as well and have nothing but great things to
say. So helpful and they got my car in and out with no problems at all and so
fast!! They were great. I will definitely stay a loyal customer!!

Had my truck in to change T case, They ordered a tranny instead.So i waited
for over a week to get my truck, I needed a truck for a courtesy vehicle they
gave me a seibring. I work in the oil patch that car couldn't get me to work.
Two weeks later my t case broke again, so i got the same sh***y service once
more. I get my truck back and not even 24 hours later my t case is leaking all
over my driveway. I call them and they tell i half to wait three days to get
my truck in. This the most horrific experience I've ever had at a dealership.
I strongly suggest some body go there and fix this disaster of a service department.
STAY AWAY...

Had the opportunity to work with the owner and one of the sales staff on the
purchase of a 2001 2500 Dodge Truck. Although not fully incompetent, I would
have to say that both of them were the most unethical individuals I have ever
dealt with. Numerous additional equipment on my truck was not installed when
I went to pick up the vehicle and it took over a month to have everything installed.
In fact, at the end of it all I had to install my own mud flaps. Getting what
was supposed to be on the truck in the first place was the only time I have
ever dealt with the service department and since this time 2.5 yrs ago I have
not returned and have spoke of how bad of an experience this one to everyone
I know who plan on buying Dodge.
Stay away from this dealership. Perhaps one day there will be new owner, but
for now this guy's reputation is becoming legendary in this part of the province.

Must be an ownership problem, new and less knowledgeable staff every time I

Finally, a no BS type of dealership! Sales guy was truly great, not pushy AT
ALL. He was helpful, but let us make up our mind. I would recommend these guys
ANY DAY! Their financing guy spent just about an entire day on the phone trying
to get us the truck. They ALL went the extra mile that makes a big difference.
