The short story is we had a engine gasket repaired under warranty. About a couple
weeks later we heard a ping sound. We took it back and was told the bearings
need replacing. The work would cost us $5000.00. Basically our motor was gone.
Unless we can prove negligence on their part we are stuck with the whole bill.
I am not happy with this type of service. Especially since this is our 6 dodge
we own. 3 of which were purchased at this dealership.
The dealership is getting bigger. But no longer has the small town feeling of
being important to them. I will not be going back.

I was looking for a used truck and they found what I wanted, the vehicle was
very clean with no surprises. They were very forthright in all there dealings
and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and this is the dealer I'll
be going back to when I buy a new truck this fall.
I have only had to replace the alternator on this truck and with the amount
of kms on it I think that's pretty awesome that it has been running so well,
Dodge has definitely won my business.

I only have a complaint regarding the service dept. as they didn't have my best
interests in sight, they were just trying to make the extra buck on a female
customer that was stranded and needed immediate help. After giving me an "estimate"
on the work required because my vehicle wouldn't start, they managed to get
it running and took it for a test ride and when I tried to have my vehicle picked
up without having the "estimated" work done, it wouldn't start. A
friend checked under the hood and the first thing he found was the coil wire
was removed from the post. He put the wire back on the post and it started immediately.
After calling to talk to Mark the service manager, he never did return my call.
I see customer service is their top priority! Also for the "estimate"
I received cost me $68.00+tax for nothing and for a 15(?) point inspection it
would have cost me &69.00+tax. I would be VERY cautious before using the
service department.

Too bad, they don't care about customers, and Honor their "word" which
they throw around like paper! If you do anything with this dealership get it
in writing, their "word" isn't worth crap! Too bad really, they started
out good, but I guess that was to get me to buy the vehicle, after that it is
your loss, literally!
BUYER BEWARE Don't say I didn't warn you!
It is supposed to be the dealer that makes it better for the customer, I think
Stony Plain Chrysler does not value its customers, nor do they try to make things
better... There attitude is tough s@%t on you!
