Service is to say the least, less than good... The ladies in service who book
the appointments do a good job but when you have incompetent tech's behind them
who do not know their job, service is very poor. Brought my truck in for a service
and had to get underneath and tighten up the oil filter myself when I got home.
There is a rattle in my truck which the service department has been notified
about since 4000km's but they could not find it until after there was 20000km's
on my truck, when rattles are not covered anymore. Booked my truck in for service,
on the day of the appointment, dropped it off at the garage for the DAY and
picked it up after 4pm, with no service done. Brought it back the next day again
for a service (and Tire Rotation) picked it up that afternoon got charged for
a service and tire rotation. When I went out to get into my truck I noticed
that the same rims that had been on the front of my truck that morning were
still in the same spot. When I asked the tech about it he just said that his
bay wasn't big enough to do a full tire rotation so he just switched the lefts
to the rights and vice versa. I don't know about you but I don't call that good
service...

Very Poor Service department. Brought my 2003 2500 cummins in once again for
a transfer pump. 2 weeks later it is still not fixed and they still have not
supplied me with a vehicle to replace mine while it is in for warranty repairs
as my warranty covers a loaner vehicle. Wondering If I will ever by a Dodge
truck again.

This was our first experience with this dealership our salesperson was Shawn,he
is great!! We shopped around and let Shawn know that right from the start. He
is very honest and not too pushy like some salesmen. He did his best to try
and sell us the truck and went above and beyond to see that we were happy with
our choice. Teri is financing was great as well she worked her magic and got
us the price we wanted. Dennis was good as always, we had dealt with Dennis
at a previous dealership and once again he did all he could to make our purchase
a great one !!! Thank you very much guys we really appreciate your great customer
service and we absolutely love our new Dodge Hemi!!!!

This dealership has a ton of longtime experienced staff from sales to parts
and service. Joan in service has been there since they opened and goes out of
her way to always give consistent, reliable service. The sales department always
makes me feel extremely comfortable with their competitive pricing and effort.
They also include a preferred package for life of new purchase which covers
free oil services, discounted parts, etc. It amazes me how foolish people in
Ft. McMurray are in believing stupid false daily advertising in Edmonton newspapers
that always advertise vehicles that are never available for the advertised price!
I enjoy dealing with people who are reputable, honest and straightforward. Well
done Williams Chrysler. Highly recommended.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor,
Went to go buy a 2500 Cummins longbox sales guy said all they had were short
box trucks at this time. I asked if they could dealer locate one for me, he
replied by telling me they are trying to sell their current stock and will not
be bringing any more trucks in. Bought truck at Drumheller they located one
for me and had it the next day. (4 months later) Had truck in for service (at
Williams Chrysler) had to drop off night before. Temp. dropped to -35*C that
night, they had no customer plugins therefore truck would not start in the morning.
Go to pick up truck repair not done due to faulty new part and they charged
me $100 because the truck would not start and they had to push it in a bay to
warm it up.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I went for service after buying the truck for $5000 less in Edmonton. They told
me I would have to wait 8 days because I bought the truck elsewhere!!!
