I have been going to Wainalta now for over 2 years and they have by far the BEST service department I have EVER seen. I have had to use the BODY shop and service department there MANY times and they have always been exceptional. They have never complained about my tires or lift and never charged me for something that they shouldn't have. I have only ever had to pay for wear parts, and the odd thing like a belt, nothing more. My truck is always clean when I get it back and I even took it in there once COVERED in mud from a late night phone call to help out a friend and they didn't even complain and still replaced the parts and washed the truck. They have never let me know and they REALLY KNOW THESE TRUCKS WELL.
I have heard many bad things about the Sales side but I have never dealt with them before personally. Being a small town here you hear all things good and bad.

This is the first no questions asked, no hassle service department I have ever seen. The staff are all very competent and very knowledgeable on the products that they work on. I have had lots of small little problems with the truck but nothing major. No matter how small the problem was they were willing to take the time to fix it and ensure my happiness.
