Went in for safety recall for Jeep transmission lockout the car sat for 2 days
at sub zero weather, Service manger "Jason" calls and says that before
recall can be done the vehicle needs coolant change, battery replacement and
four wheel brake job, totaling in excess of $900.00 (Brakes were done less than
5,000 miles previous at different location) I had scheduled the recall work
to be done a week in advance. I had asked for diagnosis of a "sound"
from under the car, "Jason" said it was the brakes as he had driven
it, When I looked at the engine it still had frost on the engine and valve covers
and was out side temperature. In my opinion this was very blatant lie. The dealership
charged me $82.50 for labor although no work had been performed and the recall
that the car was in for was never performed. I know other people that have similar
experiences with this location. The sound under the car was a stick rubbing
the drive line.

i took my truck there to get it fixed and when i went to pick it up i drove
it a block and it broke down and they wouldn't even help me tow it across the
street to fix it and they wanted me to pay 50 dollars to get it towed across
the street into their parking lot. so i had to leave it in the mcdonalds parking
lot and go back the following day and tow it into anchorage myself.

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
The sales department is the usual in that they try to maximize profits if you're
not paying attention. Can't blame them for that as they're in business to make
money. As for the buying experience, I had a very good one and recommend them.
Service department is good and have never had any problems with them. They try
to go the extra mile for you.
