Every time I go to the service department there seems to be a new face. A face that doesn't seem to know anything about a vehicle. I do not feel confident with them working on my truck. Also, my last visit there I saw my Aunt, and she had her car looked at for a miss. The bill she received was twice what she was quoted up front. I looked at her invoice and she was charged for a transmission power flush, "what is that" I have been working on vehicles most of my life and have never heard such a thing. I even asked a friend who rebuilds transmissions for a living and he said it was a bogus charge. My Aunt is 75 years old and on a limited budget. I am not stupid! I know that some of the charges are fraudulent. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I will never take or buy another vehicle from this dealership because of this behavior. However, I have had a helpful and pleasant visit each and every time I purchased parts from the parts department.
