When I took my truck here for it's first oil change with 7500 miles on it, This dealer told me I was way outta line running it this long before changing the oil. When I pointed out that it is a Diesel they told me that doesn't matter the oil should be changed every 3500 miles max. Even when I showed them the owners manual they still said 3500 miles. This is a rip off in my book!!! I don't think they should be allowed to do this to customers!!

each problem was identified and repaired fully in a short period of time and each repair was explained fully. Not sure if I should name the service rep but his name is Bobby Johnson.
