My wife and I bought an 08 Ram from this dealer. They were advertising 7500.00 off but didn't actually give that much. I asked the sales MANAGER a simple warrantee question that I honestly feel like he intentionally lied about. There were other things that I was mislead on also but I take responsibility for not checking up on those. Anyway, once the truck was purchased we had agreed to bring it in to have leather seats,and a spray in bedliner installed, and pinstripes removed. We were told this would be done in ONE day. Well, one led to two, then to three, then to four... They had it for seven days! the whole time we were told we would get it back "tomorrow".I even told them after a few days to just tell me when it would be back. I didn't care, just wanted to know. They lost the truck. For a whole day! We thought it had been stolen. When it did finally come back it still had the pinstripes. I had called and asked three different people to make sure that they got removed and each one said that it would be done. This was the only thing that the dealer actually had to do. The rest was done by outside shops. I finally took them off myself, took like five minutes. There's more but the bottom line is that under no circumstances could I recommend this dealer to anyone.
