Have problem with Dodge Ram. Service Manager unwilling to help. Said there was nothing wrong with it wanted to talk to me in a very unprofessional manner.
My truck as been diagnosed with torque converter shudder by another dealership. I told the service manager at devan lowe. He said this is what all dodge trucks do and there was nothing wrong with it.
