Have a 2001 Cummings 3500 that developed an oil leak in Sept 2002. Took the truck back 11 times and they could never find the leak - they said it was a valve overflow problem. During one of the visits the truck developed a fuel leak and they were (of course) very apologetic about that. Today the truck still has a leak and had the oil changed about a month ago at Express Oil Change and the tech under the hood told me exactly where the leak was - too bad Dodge couldn't figure it out. The truck is now 15,000 miles out of warranty.

I took my 2003 Ram into the this dealer for its first oil change. The service writer told my that Chrysler recommended putting an additive in the oil and fuel tank. I questioned this, cause I've read the manual and have owned several diesel truck in the past. He repeated the recommendation. I declined the additives. I got the truck home and found the hadn't rotated the tires and the manual says its not necessary nor recommenced to put additives in the fuel.
I believe the service writer was just doing his job by trying to up sell, but some people may believe that DaimlerChrysler is endorsing BG products. I don't. I took the truck back the next day, but the service writer from the day before would talk to me.

Tried every car salesman scam in the book. Offered $6,000 BELOW Kelly Blue Book value for TRADE-IN. Very rude, did not keep appointments or return phone calls.

I bought 4 vehicles from them in 2 years. Stanley Baugh (Salesman) will go out of his way to help in anyway he can from loaning out is personal vehicle while mine have been in the shop. I use a Family Chrysler discount and they still treat me like a regular customer and will spend as much time as needed with me. Very pleased with them.
