I bought my second new Chrysler product from Fayetteville Dodge in Fayetteville TN in 2001. Both Fayetteville Dodge and Madison Square Chrysler in Huntsville AL have given outstanding service to a couple of minor warranty problems I had. I will highly recommend both Fayetteville Dodge and Madison Square Chrysler.
I bought my first Chrysler product in 1984 from Scofield in Arab AL. Scofield kept my car for almost two months to repair the manual transmission under warranty and then did a VERY poor sloppy repair. Several engine mount bolts, and the flywheel cover parts were missing. Also other parts were broken on three occasions.
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO SCOFIELD EVER!!!
Huntsville Dodge took 5 weeks to reprogram the instrument cluster hence I am not impressed with Huntsville Dodge in Huntsville Alabama either.
