When I took my Ram in for the first-time service of the automatic transmission, the service department stripped the threads in the transmission housing for one of the pan bolts. They had to use a different bolt. When I was at the service department, they were trying to scam someone over $200 to replace an Oxygen sensor. I have tried to buy from this dealer, but their prices is always too expensive.
