I bought a 1996 Ram 1500 pickup two tone paint,when i got home i noticed that the silver paint did not look right.Had a lot of orange peel effect to it. I took the truck back to them and discussed what they were going to do about it,Seems like it took the whole dealership to look it over as if i didn't know what i was talking about including TIM WHITEHEAD himself.They told me they would repaint the passenger door,which all of the silver needed repainting. Needless to say this is what i got stuck with.The dealership says bring your car here on saturday and we will wash and clean it and feed you! I guess they think this slogan will keep all the hype down about the junk they sell and the problems they cause all the innocent people looking to buy vehicles.
Do not buy anything from this dealership! This is an honest warning!

We bought a van from Tim Whitehead. They were gave us "a good deal" on the van, which turned out to be $3000 over blue book. (we bought the van on a Saturday and couldn't check it out). A week later they called saying that they had made a mistake on the APR and would have to raise it to an outrageous amount. The only reason we financed through them was because they had rates competitive with our credit union. When we told them that we wanted to look over the new contract they became rude. We called to let the finance manager know we were on our way to pick up the contract and that we would be there in a few minutes she said fine. When we arrived there she had left for lunch and didn't tell anyone where to find the new contract. 10 minutes later, someone found it underneath a bunch of other paperwork. We decided that we weren't satisfied with the new contract and decided to cancel the deal. They tried to charge us for cleaning our trade in and acted like we were the ones that broke the contract. The whole experience has made me rethink buying from a dealership ever again. Tim Whitehead did nothing but lie and cheat from the beginning. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! In the end, we have our old car back and are still searching for a new van.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Good,
I have bought 8 vehicles from this dealership. The last one I bought was a 1996 dodge ram 4X4 extended cab. This truck has been in the shop for numerous thing. The first one was, both front doors were rusted underneath. The front doors were replaced, but other problems related to rust have surfaced before I even had the truck a year. I tried to get Tim Whitehead to trade trucks with me. I was told I could get 6,000.00 on a trade in. My gosh, I still owe 15,000.00 on it. Tim Whiteheads Dealership does not care that I was sold a RUST BUCKET. I had previously bought 7 vehicles before this one, but that account for anything with them!
