We bought a Chrysler T & C about a month ago. The sales person was friendly and helpful without being pushy and got things taken care of quickly. The van was very clean and filled with gas for us, which was also nice. However, the next time I went in to ask a question about the car no one stepped forward to help me at a time when plenty of salesmen were around. Upon purchasing the car, we wanted to have a center console w/power installed. There was miscommunication between the staff and we had to make an extra trip into town. The service department manager was less than friendly with my wife. A week later she had to return to have a replacement key made and had to wait a lot longer than promised with our two year old in a waiting room that had ants crawling in it. Lastly, I was also told upon purchase of the vehicle that if I brought the customer satisfaction card in and hand delivered it I would receive a free tank of gas. My wife accomplished this. Despite our initial feelings about the service section, we filled out the card the day we received it with rave reviews as we were very pleased with our van. Again, she had to seek out the dealer to give him the card and was merely thanked and shown the door.

I have driven toyota vehicles for the past 30 years when I decided to purchase a new truck I was undecided on which type to purchase,I checked out Ford, chevy,Toyota,GMC,etc.When I visited victory motors the sales person was very polite and knowledgeable about the dodge product and very helpful in helping me make my selection. After I purchased the vehicle the sales person has called me several times to insure that I was satisfied with my new truck and assured me that should I have any problems with it the service Dept would correct any problems however I have had no problems with the truck. I am very satisfied with my new 2004 dodge ram and look forward to many years of satisfactory service from Victory Motors. I have since recommended Victory Motors to many of my friends and always suggest to my friends to contact Mr. Jim Parker at Victory Motors.

Nothing bad to report. I took the truck there after starting it the Sunday before. The truck was knocking loudly. They said it could be the oil filter (FRAM) so I bought a MOPAR filter and installed it when I got back to work.
They made an appointment for this Monday so I will take it in to get checked. Specifically the oil pressure and computer to see if there are any codes...

Went there several times with very minor problems with my 96 Cummins SLT and each time they needed to keep it for a day and did nothing to repair the problem did not take time to check TSB's or recalls. Each problem I went there with was outlined in TSB's the vacuum pump valve problem and the problem with the throttle/bucking.
