A completely honest and forthright dealer. Purchases here since 1995 and always treated fairly. L. J. Davis, the dealer, also stood up to Chrysler, with me, during an arbitration hearing over a defective 4wd shift in my 1999 GC. I won and they bought back my Jeep. I ordered a new one. LJ was not praised by Chrysler for standing in my corner, but he did! Just got my 2004 RAM Diesel 2500 Laramie. It's the one I want to be buried in, except my wife says it's way too expensive to be buried, even if I make the hoped-for 350,000 miles. Bob Holiday, Fairfield Bay, Arkansas.
I would have a problem if this dealer switched to Ford or Chevy. The entire dealership is valued in this area because of their customer attention.
