The sales experience went well. However, AFTER the sale was disappointing. The dealer only had one key to a used vehicle. I knew that when I bought the vehicle. It was a key with a transponder (they cost about $90). When I went back to get advice on getting a new key they were rude. The response was "why are you coming here?".
I had to go to a new car dealership (Owned by the same person) to get a key. The original dealer could have saved me $10 by calling ahead and I would be happy. However, I was treated like trash for coming back.
I have just removed every part of the car that has reference to the dealer's name. I think that the advertising would have been worth $10 and a phone call.
I am extremely happy with the vehicle. Just not happy with the buying experience. I have no loyalty to them and would not even consider going back.

0I purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 QuadCab from this dealership. Dealing with the salesman was pleasant. They didn't pressure us into buying any particular vehicle and were very helpful with information on different attributes of each truck on the lot.
I have taken this truck in for routine service and been greeted with nothing but helpful service. The dealership at the time offered free lifetime oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle at the time We bought our truck. There is never any hassles and the work is always performed within a reasonable amount of time. They even refill the windshield washer fluid every time we've taken it in for the oil change.
Whenever we've needed warranty work performed; we have never had a problem. They have always performed the work and repairs without and questions. We could not be more happy with this dealership.
