I would advise any one shopping for a dodge product to give Fletcher in Jonesboro a chance before they buy. They seem to genuinely concerned about my needs and wants. I was very happy with the whole experience. Very happy!!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
I received notices of recall for my 1996 Plymouth Voyager. I did not take to Jelks because I had heard their service dept. was less than satisfactory, so I called Fletcher in Jonesboro and they said they would be glad to work on it. I made an appt. for two weeks later on the 24th of June. When I arrived at Fletcher at 7:30 a.m. and talked to the service mgr. Randy, I was informed that the work would be completed by early afternoon and to call first. At 3:00 p.m. I called and was told that they haven't even looked at the van yet and didn't know if they would get to it or not by 5:00. I said I would come and pick it up and take it somewhere else. I arrived at the dealership at 3:45 and was given my paperwork and I asked for my recall cards so I could show them to whoever was going to work on it next and was told by Randy that the work was completed. Now you tell me, He hadn't looked at it by 3:00 and didn't think he could get to it by 5:00 and at 3:45 he is done. He had to fix a fuel rail problem and clockspring problem. I talked to a friend and was told there was no way it was repaired. I asked for a number to Chrysler to voice my concern and had to wait 15min before I received a number. I called the number and they seemed to be unconcerned, so the next day I call Fletcher in Little Rock and they tell me that the person I need to talk to was on his way to Jonesboro because they were having so many problems with that store. I called Jonesboro again and ask for this Mark and when I tell him what I am calling for, he tells me he is in the middle of something and can't talk right now, so now Jonseboro dealership doesn't care, Chrysler doesn't care, and Little Rock doesn't care. So, I have made a file with Chrysler and have consulted with my attorney and If anything happens to me or my family because of either of the safety recall measures, you can bet I will own Fletcher Auto Group, if I'm dead or alive!

Sales=Fair, Service=Avoid, I have tried to buy vehicles from Fletcher Dodge in the past but have never been able to deal with them. I have always ended up going elsewhere (even across the street) to purchase a Dodge. I currently own two Chrysler product vehicles and have owned two Dodge Carvans in the past. The last vehicle that I purchased was from Truman-Baker Dodge in Searcy and am very satisfied with this dealership. When I had a battery go out on my 99 Sebring I took it off and went to the parts department at Flank Fletcher in Jonesboro because I live in Jonesboro. I was floored at the treatment that I received from the parts manager and employees. They were not willing to assist me in the replacement of the battery that was under warranty and told me that I had to have a receipt in order to get the battery replaced. Now how many people have purchased a car and been given a receipt for the battery that was on the car? I told them that I did not have a receipt for the battery because I did not get one when I purchased the car. I was informed that they would not replace the battery. I then asked for the Chrysler customer service toll free number so that I could call them. I was told by the parts manager that he did not know it and that I would have to get it somewhere else. At the time I left and looked up the number and called Chrysler corp. to express my dismay at the service I received from Frank Fletcher Dodge. The customer service person I talked to told me to put the battery back on the car, call a wrecker and have it towed to the dealership. After hitting this brick wall I decided to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a battery for $29.00 If I had the time I simply would have returned to Truman-Baker Dodge, but that was not practical that week. Now as I set here typing this I am about to leave looking for a new Dodge Caravan and you can rest assured that it will NOT be from Frank Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro, AR. I will however travel 85 miles to Searcy, AR to look at and in all likelihood purchase a vehicle.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid, We bought a 2001 Dodge Ram in July of 2000. The sales department at the dealership was excellent, you could not have asked for someone to be more helpful than Mike Reed was. He was a car buyers dream. He was there to answer your questions but he wasn't breathing down your neck while you were looking at the vehicle. He even came out in the rain to talk to us about the truck. I wish I could say that for their service department. I have had my truck at the service department twice for a noise that it makes while it is in park. I was afraid something was seriously wrong with my truck. The first time my brother took it to Jonesboro (we live about 60 miles from Jonesboro) for me. They told him since it was there for an oil change and that the work order did not specify checking into a noise that it was making that they would not look at it. Then my husband took a day off of work specifically to have the truck looked at. He called the week before, they told him up front they could not work on it that day but they would look at it to make sure the truck was not being damaged. He drives to Jonesboro and the man in the service department tells him he does not have the time to listen to the truck. I realize that they have a schedule that they have to keep, but how long would it have taken to just walk outside and listen to the truck. I will never buy another Dodge from that dealership. The truck has been great but we are looking into trading because of the lack of service we have received from Fletcher Dodge. We bought a Dodge because of the sales department at a Chevrolet dealership but I will return to the GM vehicles because of the service of the Dodge dealership.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, When I was shopping for my truck I stopped in here since it was close to home. Not only was I treated terribly, I was told I didn't want a Ram, Cummins 4X4, that it was too much truck for me and I needed something more like a Dakota. I chalked it up to just one bad apple, and returned three more times to deal with three different salesmen. I KNOW what I wanted. They were sexist and insisted on selling the features I didn't care about like lighted mirrors and two tone paint instead of what I was looking for - heavy duty, tow pkg etc. I haul horses among other things and know a good deal about trucks and the Cummins. Their sales team is horrible. I bought my Ram from Little Rock Dodge for nearly 10K less than the "best" deal from Fletcher. When my truck needed an oil change the only day I could get free from everything was Saturday so I took it to Fletcher since at that time they had Saturday service. What a mistake. They supposedly have a Cummins certified mechanic, however they put the wrong grade of oil in my truck! When I called about the terribly low oil pressure I was given the run around then finally told it would work itself out on its own. Before any damage was done I took my truck that Monday to where a fellow Cummins owner works and services his own truck. As I suspected they indeed had the wrong grade in my truck! I was lucky to know this person who felt sorry for my truck (not me- just my truck LOL) and replaced the oil free of charge. NEVER take your precious vehicle to Fletcher Dodge unless you want to take the chance!
