The number of offenses that we incurred with this dealership are too many to
list here. While still under warranty we took our 2001 Dodge Intrepid in to
have a problem looked at with oil coming out of the heat/air vents and depositing
all over the inside roof. Over several visits and several conversations they
insisted that it was a coke or something that was opened and sprayed upon the
ceiling and that I just needed to have it washed. I know for a fact that this
is not true and they even admitted that due to the locations of some of the
spots and the fact that droplets were continuing to show up, that it could not
have been a drink spray. Then between 2002 and 2003 over about 18 months, we
had to have over $7000.00 worth of repair and engine overhaul performed on the
car and this ordeal nearly cost us everything we had. We are currently pursuing
a lawsuit against them. I hear now that there are numerous lawsuits being compiled
against the 2/3L Intrepid engine and specifically against Lewis Dodge. Not surprising.
Never, ever, again will I be taken like the or will own, trust, nor occupy the
same road space as a Dodge or the 2.3 Dodge Intrepid engine.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Bought two CTDs from same sales person.
Excellent to deal with. Service department has always been great. Never a problem
they couldn't fix to my satisfaction. Minor oil leak that would not even drip
on the garage floor, but would coat the underside of the oil pan was the only
problem the first 12 months with over 28,000 miles. Bill is no longer there,
but Anthony is a very good service writer to deal with.

to the TDRoundtable: I must be the envy of all CTD owners. My 5* dealer
has the best service I've ever experienced. Took truck in for an unannounced
service opportunity at 0800 and truck was ready at 1130 same day. Rear seal
of transmission was leaking. Dealer is Lewis Chrysler in Fayetteville, AR. If
you ever need service while passing through see Bill.
