Excellent! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful! Not pushy at all.. We have bought numerous vehicles there with no problems at all--- excellent!
Would be a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle OR to take your vehicle for service!

10 Yr old Dodge Pk needed Water Pump. Called in early Tues. morning. Serv. dept said they were not busy all day and could easily get work done. Est. price $300-$400. Called back at 5 PM. Probably wouldn't be done. We went back to dealership and got important items out of truck. Wed. 3:30 Pm called dealership. Part just came in(we were not aware they ordered part). Started at 3:30 finished at 5:40. Charged for 4 hrs labor. Mechanic put a labor charge of $230 on his paperwork. We were charged $350 for labor. Ultimate charge including $19.99 oil change and tax was $530.00. Mechanic did an excellent job. We just feel screwed with the excessive pricing. We bought the truck there and have done all the service there and very unhappy.
We feel we were charged too much and with no explanation why the work was not done the day we took it in. The service dept put our cell phone number for a contact and never (not once) called us with any information in the two days they had the truck.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I was referred to this dealer by a family member who has bought two vehicles through them. I found the sales staff to be pleasant and reliable without being pushy. We do not live in Arkansas and were able to get a much better vehicle at a much lower price than where we live. Our salesperson was friendly, helpful and had the truck and paperwork ready for us when we arrived. Good experience with this dealership.

well it all started fri. morning after looking for a good used durango 2000 model . renee and i had found a couple around our area [ camden ]. we found a good deal at the ford place here, but when we went in to sign the papers the finance woman decided to take the day off a few mins before we could fax the paper work to the credit union. so we kinda got irritated with this and went to the house.. that is a story in itself lol any way we called tim parkers dealer ship to see if he had any durangos, renee had previously bought a new 2000 1500 club cab from them in the past and was pleased with the service she received then. and figured we would receive the same service this time. so we called and checked on what they had. we talked to dale fitzhugh since he was her salesman before . he informed us that he did have a 2000 model durango on the lot and that he was asking 12,400 for it we said we were on the way. from camden about 90 miles. on the way we called back to make sure we would be able to do the financing. he said no problem. and that diane would have it ready for us when we got there. we get there to find a durango with the bumper off and the hatch back primer painted with numerous other body problems but that's not all lol it wouldn't even start. diane said she didn't know why it was like this but informed us that it was ready to pick up when we got there. so as you can imagine we didn't buy the durango. instead we went to terry martins and had a long neck thinking what is wrong with these people. lol and had a long disappointing ride home. and we are still looking for a durango lol
so if you go to tim parkers make sure ask how many boxes your gonna need to get it home, or is assembly required lol
