Sales person spitting sunflower seeds on floor while doing deal,calls some idiot on a cordless phone telling him all the info AGAIN then writes down some b.s numbers with 9800 down your payment will be 875 for 60 months then after I blew a skylight in the roof this 450lb monkey comes over and tries to be my long lost buddy i blew him off then jim comes over and weasels down to 2grand down and 525 a month for the same 60 month deal,guess I was buying their lunch,finally get to F&I and meet bill the 500lb dork who had no clue what to do and i get up to leave and they bring in this other guy to do the deal, first service brad tries to tell me to always deal with him and he will make sure I get the special treatment (ya right) tells me to pay cash and he will give me a super price. This place has nothing but snakes use to be great when they had tom in service he would always take that dealer fear and scam out of you.Now going to martin swanty 70 miles away for service and future sales. 60 minutes could have a blast in this store!
Do not buy any of there demos they beat the hell out of them and leave their nasty chew spit all over the place

Sales=Good, Service=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
took my truck there for low fluid in rear-end. They filled with PROPER Fluid. My wife's car (2001-Sratus)went there for minor problem and was fixed perfectly. The sales department has good salesmen but there managers are very pushy-didnt like that.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Main dealing is with the service dept. The service rep. Tom Henry is the best service rep. that I have ever dealt with at any dealer that I have ever gone to. I would highly recommend this service Department. I am so happy with Anderson Dodge that when my nephew came to visit on Sept. on Aug. 2nd, he bought a new Chrysler Sebring and he was happy with the deal he got. The salesman was Fritz.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Took my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 in for engine missing problem. The Service Dept called me and said my number 4 spark plug wire needed replacement. I told them the wire should be covered since warranty was still good. They said the warranty covered the spark plug wire but not the spark plug. They said the plug was burned so I told them to put in a new plug. When I went to pick up my truck they tried to give me a bill for 228.00. I raised hell about the bill and said I would not pay it and wanted a copy of the bill to send to Chrysler. They said they did a full tune up and replaced all the spark plugs. I told them I said to put in one spark plug and I did not sign a form for them to do a full tune up and replace all the spark plugs. I told them my truck was not due for spark plug replacement for another 2,000. miles. They reduced the bill to 89.00. I had my vehicle serviced at Anderson once before this last service and even then they tried to rip me off on a so call Air Bag light problem which I did not have when I took the truck in. There was no air bag light on when dropped off my truck. I wrote a letter to the owner of Anderson Chrysler telling him of his service department actions and never received any reply from him. I now have all my dodge truck service done by the local Bradley Ford dealer. There should be a way to weed out these bad dealers who rip off the public all the time. Date submitted: 01 Apr 2002

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
First oil change on truck, it was returned with oil on carpet. Took over a month to resolve a warranty issue with center console.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Good,
I had transfer (lift) pump go out at 37,550 miles. Happened on a Saturday night. Limped back to winter home 5th wheel trailer. About 22 miles. Called Monday morning, got an appointment for Wed. I told them I thought it was the lift pump and that I had just changed the fuel filter. It would idle but run really rough if you nursed it up to about 1300 rpm at a standstill. Then black blue smoke enough to kill lots of mosquitoes if you know what I mean. Dealer report said tech had immediately called STAR to figure it out. They ordered the new pump. I finally got it back Friday. Considering that I hadn't bought it at that dealer I'd give them a good report. They could have easily put me off for 10 days or so. Didn't give me any grief about the warranty. Covered it. I asked for a Cold Weather TSB and they said they would have to charge me to do it. I declined. They did give me a copy of the TSB though.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
