This dealership, when they sold us our present vehicle on May 26, 2003 (a 2004
Dodge Durango, VIN 1B4HR28Z5YF24----) also sold us an Executive Vehicle Service
Agreement for $1,115.00 from Mechanical Protection Plan ("MPP"). It
is now May 25, 2004 and I called MPP and they've never heard of Auto Logic or
our money which Auto Logic was supposed to send to MPP. Now I've called Automotive
Investment Group ("AIG") and left a message with "Deanna"
the ex-controller. AIG indicates that Auto Logic has closed its doors.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
This is a BAD dealership!! Please save your time and money and do not visit
them!! I purchased a vehicle and used my daily driver as a trade in. Less than
two weeks later they said they could not work the deal anymore and wanted the
car back right away! I brought it back and was greeted by lots of hostility
and angry salesmen. When I returned the keys for the vehicle I had purchased
they took them and refused to return my trade-in and claimed they had lost the
keys. After a long battle ( taking the keys back since I could not get my trade
back, being threatened repeatedly, being locked in their office surrounded by
violent salesmen, and calls to the avondale police) I finally was able to leave
with the car till they could return my trade-in. When I did get it back there
was a big wad of spit in my coin tray!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM
AUTO LOGIC!!!

SALESMEN need to do a better job at communicating. Got a lot of haggling and
wouldn't honor a newspaper ad unless we had the newspaper. Find a vehicle we
liked but was outrageously priced. Sale price was great but once it was all
said and done they wanted $5000.00 above the sale price. I knew i should of
not gone back the second time.
