Took 2002 Dodge ram 3500 CTD in for 15K service. Did the extra I asked for.
Used distilled water in cooling system fluid change. Air conditioner service.
Went over truck and service was done while I waited, took about 3.5 hours. No
grease spots in side or outside when truck returned.
Next day took our Chrysler 2005 T&C in for 21K service. Again done while
I waited, in about an hour. Fair price for services. Jeff was my service writer.

Ratings were extrapolated from these comments included in another dealer's rating
Chapman Dodge looked all over the valley and found me a truck that had all the
options I wanted and made the deal that Larry Miller said was impossible. So
I guess this message has two parts. #1, Chapman Dodge is the best car/truck
buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. If you want a need Dodge
ant a fair price, go see Gerry Spires at Chapman Dodge, he will treat you right!

I got my pricing and option codes at www.edmunds.com, sent an email to "Autobytel"
(They advertise at Edmunds.) They sent me to Dave in Fleet sales who sold me
the truck for $250 over cost. (plus doc fee, you know, the normal fees.) It
was done in seriously 10 minutes. Zero pressure.

They were hands down the best dealer I've ever dealt with. They treated me like
I was VIP (even though I was 19 at the time I bought my truck), never pressured
me into anything, gave me a great price with little to no negotiation required.
The salesman even gave me his home number and cell phone in case I couldn't
get roadside assistance if I ever got stranded. They excel all across the board.
