I am a victim of failed repair for "check engine light" trouble shooting an excessive voltage in charging system.
I ended up replacing PCM myself to fix. You would think a dealership that is supported by Chrysler with latest and greatest equipment, tools, manuals/bulletins and ASE certified tech's working is able to fix any vehicle.
I asked to replace ac compressor assembly that cost me 1147.62 and when I picked up vehicle a squeal from unit was heard. I left it for them to fix it and they replaced a belt without my permission that cost me 164.52. This dealership practiced over selling and work performed without permission and couldn't find a simple "check engine light" problem.
