Service Dept needs A little help-Took my 02 dodge in For low pressure fuel pump (Diesel) They tell me pump fine but I need Turbo. So after nearly two weeks they call me and say turbo in but they can't replace under warranty due to after market Ex brake!? In the meantime they tell me they are replacing seal on rear end and oil pan gasket due to leaks. I picked up truck and they had charged the warranty for these items, but guess what, the Mech. put the same dirt and makings back on the filter and seal that was there before I took it in! Lazy, Incompetent, liars. The service manager lied when confronted with this info!

1. I stood in the lot for 10-12min. looking for salesperson(S/P), I had to find THEM.
2. On a test drive, the S/P didn't offer any info about the truck or special programs, I think he was in a coma.
3. I couldn't get him to tell me the truck's cost! He said it would take a week for credit approval! He also said I'd receive a good %age 25%!

5. My credit is 50/50, but - I also have an A-1 cosigner. MHO about all of this is: He didn't want to sell the truck for the handwritten price on the windshield. A $2,000.00 rebate also would have applied. Date of problem-----07/27/2000
