The service department is terrible. They can't seem to fix things right and even will work on the wrong component, I've had some work done on a van I bought from them. I also tried to get some recall work done there on a truck that I bought at another Dodge dealership. They told they are not accepting any new vehicle work at this time, but to call back in about a month or so. I won't recommend or by anything from them!!
