I went to buy a RAM 2500 SLT diesel , we agreed on the price and then after loosing many hours waiting for all the paperwork to get done, they said the plates will take 30 to 40 days. According to them, it is not their fault the DMV takes so long. Last month a bought a Subaru for my wife and the plates took 5 days as I was told. After I said I don't want the car anymore they said they will get the plates in 4 days. Huh??? I bet they keep your money for a month and use it for free and then they pay the taxes you just paid them. Ok, then they wanted me to sign that they were taking the alarm off the car, what??!! You never mentioned that, they said the alarm doesn't come with the car and I can keep it for an extra 599!! Walked away knowing that I will never return to this dealership!!
Still looking for a RAM for in another dealership! BEWARE OF JIM CLICK DODGE!

took truck to dealer suspecting bad lift pump, Dealer told me that lift pump was fine but i had a bad injector pump. told the cost to replace the injector pump with a NEW unit would be 2950 plus labor. u agree to pay that much because they were only place in tow then has a "new unit" in stock. Picked up truck next day and went on a road trip to Glamis sand dunes. upon arrival i noticed fuel dripping from engine. popped hood and found that i line was not tightened down in injector pump. also realize that the new injector pump had a large sticker on it that said rebuilt! i also tested the lift pump pressure , lift pump was completely dead. and this had probably caused damage to the injector pump too. when i got home i went to the dealer and talked to service department manager. He said that the pump was new, "NEW TO THE TRUCK". i told him that was a rip off because both the service tech and parts person told me NEW PUMP before i had paid i could have gotten a Rebuilt pump ! for 900 just down the street a desert diesel. WHAT A RIP OFF, DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my 98.5 CTD here using the Costco fleet buying program. I do minor maintenance myself but have used the dealership for major maintenance,(trans fluid change etc.), warranty work, TSB work and some repairs. They always return the truck on time, sometimes early. Over the years they have made some mistakes but they've always made them right. I'm very satisfied and will keep going back.

Sales department was unwilling to make a deal. I bought the exact same truck at different dealership for thousands less

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
We bought our new Ram Cummins there and they were the ONLY dealer in town who would work with us on the price. We paid slightly over invoice and thousands less than sticker. SERVICE: We had one wheel that had obviously been dropped before the tire was mounted but we ALL missed it during delivery inspection. Dropped in one night after work and the service manager had it swapped out for a new wheel/tire within 20 minutes. So far.....Great service. If you use www.costcoauto.com to price a new Dodge Ram in Tucson, Steve Richardson at Jim Click Dodge is who you will deal with. He is the fleet salesman at Jim Click. You will get what you want at a fair price!
