They trued to get an extra 1100 dollars from me to pay off my trade-in. I had to get the paperwork( the buyers agreement) redone three times before my Credit Union loan officer said the numbers were close enough for her to proceed. I was promised the remote for the keyless entry ( with it programmed) and never received it. The loan Officer at the Dealer got mad that I didn't finance at the dealership and "lost" my paperwork, had to fill everything out again to do all the paperwork for the transfer of my trade-in and the buyers agreement again.
Avoid this dealer if you value honesty. I did not even try to hose them down on the price of my truck. I figured it was an awesome looking and running truck and was worth the price ( Kelly Blue Book to the penny). I am going to sell the truck and get a 2004.5 because I get mad every time I look at the truck. I thought I would get over it but not even Chrysler would reprimand the dealership for their antics. I live and learn.

Sales=Fair, Service=Excellent, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
The sales department is typical of most sales departments. They do their best to make the sale. Nothing wrong with that. It is their job to sell. The service department is above average. I have had good experiences with the service department. They have always fixed what was broken and have made suggestions for services that my car required. I have never felt that I was being ripped off. I rate the Larry Miller Dodge server department as "excellent." Don't blame the dealing ship for the screw ups of the manufacturing side.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
Sales dept. is poor. They will forget about you after they make the sale. Service dept. is terrible, incompetent, irresponsible, not timely (they can make you come back for 2-3 times before they fix a problem). Also they treat people differently.

Very nice people but extremely bad service work. I had to bring the truck back several times to get it to run after having they perform the 72,000 mile service. The truck ran great before I brought it in for service.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
I brought my 97 dodge ram 1500 4x4 (with 40,000) in for service when my engine light came on. Before I took it in to the dealer. I "flashed" the computer and got a code 31. Code 31 is charcoal canister purge solenoid malfunction. I told my service rep, Tom Bayer, about the code-he said no prob--wait in the lobby and we'll verify the prob. a little while later he came and got me and said I was right. The purge solenoid was bad....but hears the bad news--its bad because the previous owner had been topping off the fuel tank. The emissions line that collects fuel vapor from the fuel tank had been sucking gas (because of gas topping off) and saturated the charcoal canister causing the media to break up and travel through emissions tubing to the solenoid. He said it would run me around $350. To replace the solenoid, canister, --I wasn't happy but gave him the go-ahead to do it. When it was all said and done--I went up to pay the bill and come to find out Tom had given me the parts and labor at a discounted price. The total ended up being $267.00 he also told me if there were any more probs to call him. I've only owned this truck 3 days so hopefully nothing else will go south anytime soon. As for Larry Miller Dodge--I have no probs with them--they do good work.
