Called at 9:30 a.m. Monday for service for Engine Check light. Told me they could get me in Friday at the earliest, they were so busy this week. 5 days?!? Hire more help if you have this much business! I called the other dealers a bit further away (I'm in Queen Creek) and got in with no problem. I hate that line up and wait mentality at most dealerships anyway--I wish the service depts would improve the process for getting service.
