We were dealing over the phone with one of the sales reps and when we drove to the dealership the sales rep completely lied as to the details of the truck. The size of the engine, a lie; the model, a lie. How can these guys go home with a honest conscience??? After realizing the lies, we went to talk to the sales manager. The sales manager told us it was dealership jargon and not a lie. Dealership should not be able to get away with this....In the end the sales manager gave us $50 gas money but still it cost us over $150 with the ferries and a waste of my time. This dealer is as slimy as they get!

The Sales Manager and General Manager are honest as the day is long. On numerous occasion they have helped me like a neighbor. They are a real good bunch of people over there. I even had my spare car (Honda) serviced over there so my girlfriend could use it. During servicing, they gave me a loaner car and there was a bunch of "little problems" that the mechanic saw when he was fixing it for free. They are honest people and I would never deal anywhere else.
