When looking to purchase a new 2004 ram 3500 I received many many price quotes
with discounts of up to $6500 off the list price. At this dealer ship I was
told the best they could do was $4000 off the sticker, I informed the sales
lady that based on the same vehicle price I could do better "up to $6500"
the sales lady then went to the sales manager office and relayed this information.
Since I placed myself where I could here their conversation I heard and I quote
" there is now way in hell I'm selling it for that price, they can go somewhere
else" So off I went in my fleece lined jean jacket and grubby pants and
spent my $55,000 the next day on my new Ram3500 diesel at a more friendly dealership.
Thanks for being jerks as I obviously got a better deal, but I also found a
nicer truck with more options.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
On Saturday mid afternoon, I walked on the lot, looking for a new vehicle. All
trucks were in the back of lot. I noticed as I parked my own vehicle on the
roadway, that all salesmen were outside, front of the main building, in a group
of 5 or 6. I had the opportunity to walk to the back of the lot, look at about
7 or 8 different trucks. After looking at them, go around them I slowly walked
back toward the front of the lot. I noticed to my immediate right there were
two younger individuals (girl and guy) around 20ish. I made it to my car nobody
even came close to me and asked if I was looking for anything. I heard a voice
upon reaching my car and it was a women, she approached the couple rather than
me. Upon entering my car, I again glanced at the front office, only to notice
all the guys still standing there enjoying our hot sun on that day. They still
had not moved. GUESS THEY WILL NOT SEE MY MONEY. I WILL NOW GO AND PURCHASE
A GM PRODUCT. With this type of service, it tells me you don't want my money.
Salesmen like this are too clickie within themselves. I have never felt this
type of betrayal. I am 40 years old and a successful individual. I wore my hiking
jacket for a reason that day, and your staff proved that they choose customers
to approach, based on their dress. Your salesmen approached a couple rather
than the single person on the lot. WHY??? I guarantee you will never see me
on that lot again. Thanks

Note to potential customers at any dealersip: sales people can't read your
mind. If it had been me, I would have walked up to the group and asked "who
wants to sell a truck?" Sales people usually get very interested when they
think they the customer is serious. Dave
