I have been a customer of one this dealership's local competitors for a long time... when I had a service problem that could not be rectified there I brought my vehicle to Carter's to see if they could help me......Wow...What a difference!!!! ....they actually seemed to care about my problem...and even fixed it the first time....Since then I traded that car in and bought a new one....with the same happy result....These guys are unbelievable... the little things they do to ensure my 100% complete satisfaction....I have referred many of my friends and co-workers to them for sales and service....and will continue to do so for many years to come......Thank you one and all....
