My first experience with Gustafsons was trading a company truck off. Now I was always a Ford guy but when it came time for a personal vehicle these guys immediately came to mind. Since then I have gotten 3 more vehicles through them and they did all my repair work on them. I have since moved 900 km away but when it's time for a vehicle I happily commute back to Gustafsons because I know I will be treated fairly and honestly. I generally deal with Daryl but I have also dealt with Mike. Very up front guys. No problems and you know you're getting the facts.

An excellent sales staff. Our sale went off without a hitch. Mike is EXCELLENT!!!! Would recommend to everyone I know. He has gone more than an extra mile for us. Honest and reliable. I never knew salesmen could be so great. My first car buying experience that I walked away after the sale and didn't feel screwed over!!!
If you want a good truck from a good guy, go see Mike at Gustafsons!!

Poor = Poor customer relations, appts unavailable or not kept, untrained staff, incompetence, bait and switch tactics, misrepresentation, etc. Would probably not return.
Changed prices , lied when questioned about it , rude , made not one single effort to resolve anything.
I will still be buying a dodge but it wont be from theses guys.
In fact they have not heard the last of me I'm only starting!
I don't have any comments about my Dodge truck because I'm still driving a Ford because Gustafsons wouldn't complete my deal for a Dodge!
