I went there and got fairly decent service, quicker than I expected, so I went to buy a Dakota, and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to talk to me--I believe they are very racist, and I see others feel the same way. I now have to travel for service now, as I was so mad I do not want to go back!! Rude Rude!!

This was the worst service experience i ever had!! Rude Rude Rude!! I thought they were supposed to be 5 star dealer. I was told dealer up here were bad, but Inland was a better one. However I was disappointed, accused me of driving my vehicle wrong, voided my warranty, now I can not get warranty anywhere!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!

parts dept needs improvement. They don't follow up when one orders parts and the parts come in.
Sales as with any place these days will talk up a great deal but I always feel at the short end of the deal anyway.

Purchased a used 2002 dodge still had "factory warranty" or so I was told. 225km later --28 days the clutch went. I was told it would not be covered and my "factory warranty" was expired due to km sales were misinformed that it was 5/100 not 7/115. SO I paid for the clutch, and got an oil change. 2 days later my brakes started squealing, so I went to get them checked out (elsewhere) and they were @ 15% Inland never even mentioned it. I called the Service Department to complain to no avail--poorest customer service as far to dealing with complaints I ever dealt with. I am going to try Fort City and will report on my first visit.

Went there to purchase a dakota, no sales people would greet me, maybe because I am native or female--when I finally was served (30mins later) I mentioned I may go to FSJ and compare prices they proceeded to bash FSJ's local dealer.
I thought that was unprofessional, so I called FSJ to find out there was a better price, in fact Inland was trying to upsell my Lease APR on me as well to make more $$$ They are money hungry @ prejudiced. Beware. I will never deal there again as customer skills were so poor.

Sales Dept knowledgeable and not pushy. Service Dept competent and fair. Staff provides excellent service and will go the extra mile if req'd.

If anyone is traveling up the Alaska Highway, Inland Auto in Dawson Creek is the dealership that will treat you like royalty! They will do anything for you no matter where you bought your truck from. Just my .03 cents worth!
