My dealings with Kelowna Chrysler Dodge Jeep have been,without exception, excellent. I have dealt with several dealerships in the past and this experience has been very satisfying. Being in a retail business myself, I know some of the challenges faced by both customers and the business staff. The Kelowna Chrysler staff are accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given every consideration one could expect and a few more just for good measure. I was impressed by the careful attention they paid to my requests and questions. Whether it was dealing with a service issue, a new truck , insurance , or any after sales requests, my satisfaction was complete. They were professional without "slick". I have no hesitation in giving them an A plus.

We bought a 2003 Diesel in August, through Daniel Stapleton (very helpful) and a comfortable sales process. Then in September I ordered some more floor mats and was getting a check engine light checked out on my 2002 Dakota there, the service manager overheard me on my cellphone saying I needed to get my husband to check my brakes and he offered to go pull my tires off and check them for me & they were still in great condition at 77,000 km. Top notch dealership. Both our Dodges are running awesome! Best value in Kelowna for Dodge vehicles.

since new owner took over I found them to be very helpful and looking to please me as a customer. It would appear the new owner understands customer service and how to be very competitive in the market. Very friendly attitudes. Great job.
