Well the salesman sent me a letter thanking me for buying a 1500 when I bought a 3500. The steering wheel oscillated between 10 o-clock and 2 very fast as I drove down the road.It should have been picked up when pdi-ed, on the first 2 visits "nothing found at this time". I had to tell them on the 3rd visit. I have the printout they did from the wheel alignment machine. (Caused by excessive toe-in from the factory). This cost me over $5000.00 out of warranty. The engine 235 hp 99 24V On my initial return trip to P/G all the dash lights came on and started to chime so went to the dealership. The ECM plug in wasn't fully seated was the outcome. The engine (has been bucking since new) has been "gutless". I have complained about engine bucking at 1100 to 1275 rpm. Also bucking at 1700,1800. Work order"Why does that loaded welding truck handily beat me out of and intersection"? Many visits and " nothing found at this time" When I told the diesel tech in Jan 00 that the engine was dynoed at 130rwhp his reply was " That's about right" I informed him that my 93 2500 dynoed at ( Vally Fuel) at 155 out of the 160 engine. I ran around for about a year without the lift pump working had to go to Edmonton AB they diagnosed it in about 10 seconds as Lift pump not working. I went to 175 rwhp this is still low. I talked to places in the USA they said that it should be closer to 220 to 225 rwhp. When the injector pump VP-44 was replaced (at my expense)it bucked at 2200 rpm up the
hill at Skihist north of Lytton on highway #1. I kept returning to Northland dealership under the guise that they would fix it. I am basing my info on the 48 diesel engines that I have operated. I have been to a number of Chrysler/ Cummins dealerships. I informed the dealership to POP test the injectors they wrote on the w/order that they didn't think necessary because the exhaust temp was to close to be necessary. When an other dealership removed and tested one peeed at 2600 psi the best half atomized at 4100 psi. So when the "275" injectors were installed I had trouble getting ahead of a 3/4 t Chev gas pot pulling a 22 ft 5th wheel. I have oscilloscope readings that verify my complaints about this truck. What I have always felt was a thumping in the seat (that is another complaint Why put a 140 lb mech in the seat that a 210 lb driver sits in. I
am not paying $1400.00 a year for a seat that is no good). I am at 39 visits to get (engine) this fixed and it so far proved to be extremely expensive. I am sorry to say that I have not found anyone the fits the title "mechanic" I have been told by 2 dealerships that they wouldn't buy it because they don't know what is wrong with it.
I have great amounts of verifiable information. When you look at it, it is very embarrassing. If you have any information or questions please don't hesitate to call.
I would have thought that Cummins in Surrey would be able to diagnose a thermostat not working for these guys operate the dyno all the time and a engine temp of 225*f and a top and bottom temp of rad 114*f and 89*f. Ask me what I think of another dealership that changed my heater core when what I wanted and told them to change was the "blower motor" for I didn't want to change it at -18*C. This is the worst piece of junk that I have ever run or owned. All customer surveys questionnaires just want, "warm fuzzies".

It took weeks of dealing with the sales guys, and one bad encounter with a rude manager. They act like they are doing you a huge favor, and promise to "take care of you" once you leave the lot. HA! try to get anything done once the papers are signed and they all but laugh at you. We were promised the vehicles faulty alarm was repaired prior to purchase, and it was not. Now, they are trying to make us pay for them to try and fix it again. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle there, unless you have everything in writing. Don't let them rush you into signing the papers - ask a lot of questions!
happy with my truck, disappointed with the service from Dealer

the parts and service departments answered all my questions about the service on my vehicle and i was treated like a customer and not a cheque book. i would highly recommend taking your vehicle there. also the parts department has competitive prices on their mopar parts which i found out are interchangeable from dodge to all other vehicle makes. i would highly recommend experiencing their service for yourself.

Three days after I purchased my Jeep Liberty, it was advertised for a sale price, the same price I paid, plus they got my trade in. I filled in the survey from the dealership, and received a phone message to call the Dodge dealers to discuss my purchase. I just spoke to a woman, whom I assume already had read my survey, told her my story, and got, "well, if you're happy with everything else, thank you for calling back, goodbye." What the hell was that? I'm still POéd they got my car for nothing.
