After having an extremely bad experience with Derrick Dodge of Edmonton, I was skeptical about Dodge dealers and in fact had almost decided to buy G.M. I did however prefer the Dakota to the new G.M Canyon so contacted several dodge dealers in the off chance a decent one existed. The deal that I got and the consideration given by the sales team there gave me a new outlook of the term Car salesman. Before I had always entered a dealership filled with dread knowing the experience to be unpleasant to say the least. This was the first dealership I have ever walked out of with the vehicle I wanted, with the deal that I felt was more than fair and with the intent on returning the next time I needed a vehicle. It turns out that that new vehicle only lasted 4 months through no fault of it's own and now I am back enjoying the same consideration finding another new truck. My advice, try Regency and stay the H*** away from Derrick Dodge of Edmonton

We have bought 3 new dodges there, plus traded my nephew's 2 new fords in that he won team roping. With the condition that they sponsor him in his team roping ,they said yes and did for 2 years then dropped him for someone else. I think that this is very wrong. Also we are trying to trade our truck in for a new one and they have told us that it was able to do that. Well I found the pay out my self and I'm dealing some where else. They are a 5 star that only be a 2 star. Also service department is the worst in B.C. I think We take our truck there and they never clean the truck I have had to say something for last two times. My sister had a Jeep that she wanted to trade in on a dodge dakota same year they would not help her here she went to Vancouver and got what she wanted same year nice truck less payment.
