the sales people i have the miss pleasure of dealing with (johnny tour) and the sales manager (harvey bubbly) were two of the worst people i have met in my life. i cant believe that people like this are allowed to represent a first class product. GET IT TOGETHER OVER THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
