I made a service appointment for my 95 Dodge Ram 350 because it was pulling
to the right. It took the dealer 3 days to tell me the front shocks were bad.
The only problem was the front shocks were replaced a week before i brought
the truck in. In addition, even if the shocks were bad it would have not caused
this type of front end pull. I immediately picked the truck up; knowing that
they were incompetent and they stuck me with a $100.00 false diagnosis fee.
I ended up taking the truck to a independent shop and it took them 1 hour to
determine it was the ball joints.

Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and the commitment to customer
service (namely the service department) seems to have gone done the drain. I
currently own a 2002 Dodge 1500 Quad Cab. I was experiencing a high-pitched
squeal from the engine after it got warm. I work 25 miles from this dealership,
but like having my vehicle serviced where it was purchased. I took it in and
told them I thought it sounded like the old water pump squeal....They replaced
my accessory belt (visit #1 and one day without my vehicle). I took it home
and the very next day heard the noise again. I called for the Parts/Service
Director but since he was on vacation I talked to a Service Manager. I took
the vehicle back in and a service writer told me he had heard the sound and
was taking it in the back for a mechanic to hear. He told me not to worry. I
had to rent a vehicle (at my own expense) because I had to go out of town without
my truck. The next day, I got a call telling me the truck was done. A foreman
said they could not hear the noise. I told the foreman the service writer heard
the noise. He told me the service writer was off for two days and then said
since I have an extended warranty, I should not worry. I told the foreman that
was not acceptable and to call the service writer....The next day, they called
my wife to tell her the truck was done. When I called to check the status, they
told me they heard the noise and fixed it. They said the belt was "refitted"
(visit #2, and one day without my vehicle). The very next morning while driving
to work I heard the noise again. I then talked to the Service Manager again.
He told me to bring it in and he would have a mechanic ride with me....I took
the truck in and a mechanic heard the noise. I told them I was not going without
a rental car at THEIR expense. I got a call the next day telling me they ordered
a new alternator....Two days later I was told the noise was still occurring,
so they ordered a water pump. Five working days later they called to tell me
they were keeping it to make sure it was fixed (this was a Friday)...On Monday
they told me it was completed and I picked up the truck (after visit #3 and
nine days without my vehicle). So Two days later I'm coming out from work and
I see a puddle building up under the fan of my truck. I take it in (4th visit),
and am told they overfilled the coolant, not to worry. Well...after this long
drawn-out story, I am here to tell you I will NEVER visit this dealership again
for any service, and I pledge to tell all of my friends to do the same. I called
to ask for some sort of compensation from the Parts/Service manager, but he
will not return my telephone calls. This is the worst customer service I have
ever experienced, and I have had at least 10 different makes/models of cars.
This dealerships' service department needs some new leadership!!!!

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
My experience there was horrible. I bought an intrepid there and in my contract
my oil changes were free. They charged me. Then being that it was a new car
my lifter went bad so they supposedly fixed them but then had the same problem
yet again. Then they never return calls and then I called back to have MORE
lifters replaced and they couldn't find my vehicle in the system. It's a nightmare.
Then after all the work my check engine light kept coming on. they told me so
cables were loose. (because they didn't make sure everything was secure.) I
would NEVER go to them again!!!!!!!

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
I purchased A 2000 Ram 1500 quad cab 4x4. I have had several problems with it
mainly the transmission every 20,000 to 30,000 miles it would go out, it would
take them a week or more to fix it. I'm on the fourth transmission now it lasted
40,000 miles, 4000 past the 36,000 mile warranty and dodge is telling me sorry
they won't do anything to help. Now I'm trying to get in touch with the area
Rep what task that is not one person at Autowest will help I think it's because
Rick the service manager is trying to hide this problem. I will not go quietly
and this has become my personal mission to get this resolved. If I have to pay
for this I will start a dodge slander campaign, and will hit them in the pocket
book were their product has hit mine!

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
Took my D-350 in for service while I was going to be on vacation
for a week. They had written everything up as being warranty work. Returned
and they hadn't done anything. Ended up having to leave the truck another week
to get the warranty work done. Total idiots. Other people that I worked
with have had similar problems.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
After four visits for the same problem, the service manager argued with me at
the slightest indication that I was unhappy. He told me he didn't want to service
my vehicle any more. Probably because his technicians are too inept to fix my
problem. Apparently, they do things do vehicles that they don't put on paper,
and they put on paper some things that they really don't do.
