Service department is honest and quick. I do not take into consideration the
cost of the repairs. Everyone is expensive! But they have never tried to sell
me anything I didn't really need, and the also make good recommendations for
other improvements such as transfer pump relocation.
My only dealing with the sales department was when I was considering purchasing
a new Jeep. It was you basic guy buying ordeal, hence the "fair" rating.
This is my 2nd Dodge, and I have always been able to get what I need from the
parts guys and they know what they are doing. As much as I like my 2500 Ram,
I have about had it with the fuel system. 75k miles and one vp44 pump, and one
transfer pump. And this engine is not modified at all!

today i experienced the most dreadful car sales experience in my life,or ever
heard of....
yesterday my husband bought a vehicle after hours of haggling,to make matters
worse a sales person and manager to yell "f*** you're stuck with it a******"
to my husband solely because my husband wanted to return the vehicle 16 hours
after purchase. this truly was an ugly sight, yes my husband was upset he was
lied to and had every right to cancel out but to have a sales team make him
to feel as if he has no choice to review and question the integrity of the sale
is not a reason for multiple sales people to lie ,cuss at,and carry on as i
witnessed all aforementioned actions...stay away.......

this dealership is a total malicious lying facility, the extent is unreal. I
have contacted an attorney and all local press as to the verbal assaults, accusations, etc.
from one of your companies, furthermore position by said press and angered persons
involved to continue to voice in person at your store in petaluma about your
business practice....

Excellent = Honest, reliable, go extra mile. Never give up on a problem. Love
this dealer!
I've had my 1969 barracuda worked on twice there, once to have the engine replaced,
and once recently and on going, to have the suspension overhauled. the staff
both times have taken care of me in that I don't feel like I'm given the run
around. both service representatives I've dealt with have been awesome and very
forthcoming with any info I need and have kept in contact with me about what
I need. I've had my car worked on by one tech who also is part of a local mopar
club, and has always been cool to me. given his experience with older cars and
such, he's one of the few I trust with my car, and has gone out of his way (at
least in my opinion) to make sure the job is done right. both the techs and
the service reps I've interacted with have made me feel in control of what's
being done to my car, and not like a push-over.
overall I would recommend them to anyone as they've made trying to fix up my
classic car a less stressful situation for me.

Ordered an accessory, but when I checked a week later, they admitted that it
had arrived days earlier, but forgot to call me as promised. I then took the
vehicle to their service dept. to have the part installed. I had a 9am appt.
and was told it would take 1 hr. At 10:15 they told me that my paperwork was
lost and they hadn't even started. They then told me that it would, in fact,
take a full half-day and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So I have essentially
wasted almost an entire day's work. I will not be taking my vehicle to this
dealer for any future service work.

Sales Dept. was great, no BS. my salesman Gary, was right to the point, I ordered
my 2004.5 Dodge Cummins, it showed up when I was told it would, and drove it
home after we closed the deal that I was promised at the start. Service Dept.
is great, they have a great staff I work with Justin as my writer and Al is
the master of the Cummins Diesel. Parts Dept. David and Larry have been a great
help locating parts for my 1997 Submitted by: gasser 2001 and 2004.5 Diesel.

Took my truck in for a clutch growl and vibration. $3600 later after other claimed
needed repairs to a truck I have been told ran as smooth as "a baby's butt",
I have a transmission/clutch/differential whine. I called the service dept.
and they told me over the phone the differential was going out. They replaced
the pinion seal and I asked if the pinion could have been over tightened the
service writer told me that was not possible. I know the whine goes away when
I depress the clutch. It doesn't shift smooth, like clutch not completely releasing.
I debated going to Calif. BAR but waited too long I think. I didn't like the
way the service writer dealt with me, the truck was always going have engine
problems. The clutch was repaired after they completed other repairs and then
found out they didn't have the parts to complete the repairs.
I don't think I trust this dealer with my truck any longer. Anyone know a good,
honest, inexpensive, knowledgeable mechanic in the Petaluma area?

Took my RAM in for a transmission fluid/filter change. I was told there was
metal in the pan, and I would need a new transmission. Luckily, I had a "Warranty
Gold" extended warranty. Trans replaced with Dodge rebuilt unit, 3yr warranty,
cost to me $75. Can't say I'm impressed with product quality. New trans needed
at only 25k miles?

Took truck in to have horn repaired. Service writer claimed they found something
else broken and repaired it. Dealership did not call for repair authorization
or to inform me of other problem.
