I had just bought a new truck from this dealership, I had very nice sales guy...Steve
Orsua, I purchased interior and exterior seal for my truck and had lo-jak installed
the week after my purchase of the truck. When I went to pick up my truck my
wife noticed by the door a blemish, ( that's what they called it, THE SERVICE
DEPT.)it was like a bulge of extra metal painted over, so a lady named Dawn
said bring it on Monday and we'll take care of it, so we made arrangements with
her...To drop it off Sunday night in the night drop off instead of coming in
early Monday morning, she said it would take three days. So Wednesday comes
I call to see the status, then I am told Dawn who was supposed to take care
of this matter was not in and nothing had been done to the truck, they forgot
about it! 3 days without my truck...do they think everyone has they're time
to wait around. The service dept. there is terrible, you cannot get anyone on
the phone, they have voicemail but for what? they never return your calls anyway!
The only way to get someone's attention there is to go straight to the manager!
I could at least be compensated for my time lost with my vehicle, its not about
getting something for free, I'm paying for a vehicle that I don't even have
right now!

warranty and people that work in service department are unfair. I was very unhappy
how they handled my problem.

The salesman was totally insulting! We wanted a certain color truck and were
dealing under that premise...then the "sales manager" tells us we can't afford
it but will sell us a white one. The salesman said "Only women care about the
color." My husband was totally offended. We will never buy from these losers.

Sales: we bought 2 cars there got very good deals in fleet Program.
Service: Excellent for our Diesel truck.. 24 valve Cummins. John great mechanic!
found a problem 2 dealers couldn't and it wasn't even the engine.. The exhaust
hose not torqued down.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Bought a Dakota there, They got us to lower the APR by adding a bedliner and
alarm. When the finance company turned me down, and they went thru Chrysler,
they had to eat the cost of both ( so they said). Had a problem with the brakes
locking up in front. They couldn't figure it out, said it didn't exist. Tire
dealer said it was the rear brakes not adjusting right, they fixed for $50 -
and they were right!!
